  So, the EU (and others) want OSS (Open Source) to flourish. We want OSS to flourish. A lot of good things on the Internet relies on OSS to function at all, or better than it would.   I wanted to write a proper Google Blogger export tool, because I want to shut two blogs down 👍 I ended up writing a full, multi-user, reasonably lightweight static file CMS with some pretty cool features. (Yes, I'll AGPLv3 it.) It uses PHP 8.4+ and works beautifully with a 16MB memory cap. So now I have to convert my own blog to this static file CMS. WTF!?
