Until it&#39;s a cultural imperative that kindness is smart, that Paul Wellstone finally hits it home with his assertion that, &quot;We all do better when we all do better,&quot; we will not all do better, which means humanity will remain weaker than it could be against the forces of nature. We are so busy competing with each other, we aren&#39;t surviving.</p>

    On the subject of Lisa Cook&amp;#39;s continued employment, yes, I also think monetary policy should remain independent from political influences. Our approach to science should absolutely mimic that, including environmental science. This sudden partisan swing has done exponentially more monetary and economic damage to the US than a fickle Fed. #usfederalreserve

    @ifixcoinops@retro.social I had one to blog about the baby. Then I found my wife blogging on the side. The divorce sapped all my resources and interest, and then child-rearing solo did. Just haven&#39;t gotten back to it, yet. I&#39;m not sure I&#39;m remotely interesting any more... like, who wants to read about the challenges of saggy butt with a 26&quot; inseam?

    @ZebKing Too often active recruiting doesn&#39;t render identifiable converts. I don&#39;t know anyone who doesn&#39;t turn the lights off and hide when dapper young men in white shirts &amp; ties come a&#39;-knockin&#39;, but you don&#39;t see Mormons hurting for funds. I&#39;ve pushed the platform at at least 20 people in the last couple months without expectation. If you pressure too hard, they&#39;ll run.
