  Was in the middle of telling my therapist that I was stressed out about my living situation because I hadn’t received my lease renewal yet and the statutory deadline for receiving it was quickly approaching. I get an email with the lease renewal offer. I know it’s coincidence but I’m crediting her with fixing that stress

  So one of (the many) reasons I started therapy again was that I was having massive issues asking people for the most basic help. Like even asking people I work with every day for basic information. I spent all day today trying to solve a problem that required input from 5 different people. It was exhausting but I did it. It seems like a stupid thing to celebrate but fuck it, I got it done.
