I'm really in book mode because one of my friends is hosting a book drive for incarcerated folk, refugees, and underserved children and I'm so excited to go! I'm still injured so this week has been just reflecting, recovery, and reading. But y'all will get a skate video...maybe πŸ˜‹ (dont worry, I'm not skating this weekend either. i literally have to go to the hospital every day rn)

Two of my closest Zimbabwean trans friends who've been living together for some time now are facing eviction on THE FIRST OF AUGUST. They are pillars in my community and I cannot let them sleep outside. Please help! πŸ” Neither has access to PP or an easy way to receive international $$. I'll help by withdrawing. ($0/1500) All art bought from the store goes to the fund. I have tagged her art: https://ko-fi.com/imp3tuz/shop/africuz #BlackMutualaid #BlackMastodon #TransMutualaid

I don't have to accommodate for your comfort as I am dehumanised. Y'all here love to turn a blind eye. I would just like to remind y'all whities that your queer and anarchist politic must consider those who truly carry the burdens of the imperial world that grants you your comforts. From the queer souls dreaming of a better tomorrow in Sudan, to the black people in Congo sacrificing their bodies for the devices we write our grandiose think pieces on, the dear friends in Gaza, and to your black American neighbours out there trying to organise and survive every single day. https://freedomnews....

RE: https://mastodon.gamedev.place/@imp3tuz/116930239511103676 Here's my review: I wasn't in Zim around the time this was filmed, I think it was like 2024 cause the Vic Falls park was still in the planning phase. I was blown away to just see how active the scene really is here. Sooo much love and passion! Really devastated that the basement spot is gone, but we'll have it back one day. 9.5/10 - History has been marked, and there will be more! Needs more femme and queer energy 🀭...

RE: https://mastodon.gamedev.place/@imp3tuz/116892075950033450 I really hate to continue making these posts, but I’m a broke trans girl in Zimbabwe trying to build community! After paying $400 JUST FOR A HELMET AND KNEEPADS I now need to pay ANOTHER aprx $165 (goal includes PP withdrawal fees) for customs to release the items. I know it’s a lot so I greatly appreciate all the help! https://paypal.me/takusBum https://ko-fi.com/imp3tuz #mutaualaid #skateboarding #transmutualaid #crowdfunding
