#TropeTalk you know if a platform has a nice controllable recomendation algo based on what ppl "like", I θink ðat system could rly be improved by also adding a "hate" or "dislike"? button, which makes ur algo avoid θings ðat ðe ppl ðat like ðat like or hate ðat hate 2, it's rly a shame ðe millennial industrial complex wud never allow us to potentially make ppl(or even worse, politicians) feel bad wiθ a number😔 #socialmedia #mastodon...

z^(a/b) + c fractals don't seem to be improved^tm by picking a random root at each iteration & averaging out all/lots of paθs 😔 (1st 1 is supposed to be ðe "mandelbrot" version, ðe oðer 2 are julia sets) #fractal #rip #creativecoding #mathart #gonewrong

I just noticed ðe burning ship has some degenerate mini-ships under ðe y = 0 line, but ðe first ones are just barely large enuf to show up as a few pixels wiθ normal shader precision 🤔 so I got a basic "deep" zoom compute shader working, ðis 1's at -1.7433357 + 0.00000038i, 1.8e6x zoom & 800 iterations #fractal #creativecoding #mathart
