    @signalapp@mastodon.world @brunty@brunty.social Why can&#39;t I store my backup on iCloud? Why do I have to store it on Signal&#39;s servers? You could still have a privacy-preserving, E2EE backup - but stored in my account on iCloud... Edit: at the end of the blog post they outline that they are going to offer a choice of storage locations in the future.
