Which Mastodon instances could I recommend to electronic music artists new to the Fediverse? I have met several in the past weeks thanks to Electre Selecteh, most of them went directly to mastodon.social and, well, I don't think it's the best place to start. Much better a smaller and more focused instance with a nice local timeline. In English, but good to know about other default languages. If I get a useful list I will add it to https://electre.selecteh.org/about/ #mastodon #instances

First you spend time and money to get a perfectly clean recording of the vocals for your song. Then you spend more time and more money to add the textures and effects that make the vocals sound natural, even dirty when not distorted.

Long story short, I got a Drumbeam because... Superbooth 2024, young entrepreneurs in Dresden, innovative controller, never used drum sticks before... Also, I had a vision that involved an almost retired Launchpad. I bought the Drumbeam, the sticks, and some second-hand accessories. Yesterday I put everything together and started playing. So much fun! https://afk-audio.com/products/drumbeam #Drumbeam #Dresden #Drums #MusicProduction #Superbooth

Are you kidding? I just wanted to search something on the Sequential / Oberheim forum. Search, not even post. And I get a Captcha (which I solved) plus 10 kind of insider questions (which I though that were, dunno, an insider joke). 😂 😂 😅 https://forum.sequential.com/ #Sequential #Oberheim #captcha #synths
