  I built a tiny collaborative painting site. Everyone gets one stroke a day. The canvas has a title, and slowly turns into whatever people make of it.   Maybe it's just me, but I feel like the people who used to make cool things on the web are not only getting harder to find, they're also just... making less stuff. Like there's a slow disengagement happening. Why pour your heart into a personal site or indie project when it drowns in AI noise the second it's out? Does anyone else feel like the good parts of the web are quietly fading?
