    #today is a day we commonly call #Friday. My #ADHD brain wants this to be a special day where I might not work so hard. I&amp;#39;m trying to tell myself a different story. This is just a day. I will do my routine like I do on days. Trying to be here and be now. That should be easy... right? Today looks beautiful and I don&amp;#39;t want to miss it. Happy Friday everyone!

    #Today I will be me. I have been struggling with my #ADHD for the last three months and I am ready to sign a treaty. Today I will be me. I will try and get some things done. I will eat well. I will try not to end the day with beer or wine. I will get done what I get done and nothing more. Hopefully this will placate my obdurate ADHD brain.

    #today I am in Skagway Alaska. It is a tale as old as time; I followed a pretty face to new lands. My wife took a job driving for Alaska X and I followed her North. We never know what doors life will open and when we will be courageous enough to step through into the unknown.

    @skaly Sorry, I&amp;#39;ve been out of touch for a while. I am well and hope you are doing fine too. I&amp;#39;m now in Alaska. Different view out my windows each day. It is good for the soul. In October I shall return to Oregon with many of the song birds in the area.

    @Today I am going to a coffee house where a friend of mine got a job as their baker. I will be trying her new coffee cake recipe. I am focusing on my local community of family and friends during these troubles times.

    @today I will load several hundred people on trains and buses, answer hundreds of questions, and point out local sites. Just another day as a train Station Master.
