Hello there!
My interests here are primarily low-level computer #programming and interacting with people :)

I'm working on a minimalistic computing environment. It provides a 16-instruction, 32-bit VM, a low-level language called Slang, + more. #SubSky [Details on my website.]

#Golang #HaikuOS #Linux</span

@kde@floss.social Ah finally a (mainstream) Linux desktop with an OCR feature! That's something from #BigTech I would always envy over other people's shoulders.

Well, I didn't enter my demographics... something tells me that if I did that I'd be opting in to down-ranking myself :/ #DEI #LinkedIn

Once you get deep into the world of logic and computer science, you wonder how existence works. When does something in a simulator program really *exist*? #ontology #philosophy #computerScience

This software I'm making is pretty abstract... I think this particular task qualifies as kernel development ..? I'm adding support for my object-capability model #Itemsys to my #SubSky computing environment. I plan to [re-]port my emulator Sbse to UEFI. #OSDev

RE: https://mastodon.social/@keyboards/116409080633916664 Moving Caps lock away from its modern location and replacing it with Ctrl is always a #based move. And I like how having the function keys on the left balances out a little the usual imbalance the #numpad introduces. As usual, I love the huge enter key (deserving!) but the tiny backspace is probably a deal-breaker. #keyboards #computers

RE: https://mastodon.social/@keyboards/116372275744173493 A pretty clean keyboard layout... but having Return and Enter separate is quite interesting. Does pressing one or the other guarantee a newline in fields where pressing Return "submits"? #ClassicMacOS #retrocomputing #keyboards

Gonna give #TheAmazingDigitalCircus a try! #TV #YouTube I hear it's a psychological horror in some ways. I was one of those people who questioned reality when I they were young. Horrible times, but it's part of what made me who I am, and I wouldn't want it any other way.
