I just started learning to #DJ. I've bought this course on Udemy and I've been watching some YouTube videos on the topic: https://www.udemy.com/course/10steps2dj/?couponCode=MT260727G1 The instructor (and most beginner's YouTube videos) uses #Rekordbox for the majority of the practices. For the controller, I've bought a Numark Mixtrack Pro FX, which "comes" with Serato DJ Lite, but right from the beginning I felt how #enshitified it was! The Lit...

My #CoMaps t-shirt just arrived! CoMaps has been my first go to navigation app, and I'm loving the experience. Yes, I still fallback to that bigtech's map every other time, but CoMaps is definitelly my #1 pick for #maps and #navigation. Thank you everyone involved (which is pretty much everybody, including me 🙃 ) #FOSS #OSS #NoBigTech #OpenStreetMap #OSM @CoMaps@floss.social @CoMaps@pixelfed.social @openstreetmap@en.osm.town

The company I work for is requiring we use #AI #GenerativeAI and #AIAgents for software development. I, as a software developer, have been trying it for the past couple of months, but it seems too annoying. I really don't like that at all! My peers seem blown away by that technology, they are advocating it and seem enjoying it. What am I doing wrong? I feel very bored and unmotivated to use this! #Developer #Development #BolhaDev #SoftwareDevelopment #SoftwareEngineering #Copilot #Clau...

I wonder if there's a software business model where you buy the software for the binary and the source code? The source code is not exactly open, but is available on that specific version. I'm also wondering how that would work for the software supply chain. 🤔 #Software #business #foss #oss #intelectualProperty #sourcecode #development #developers #SoftwareSupplyChain
