  Welp. I think I got rate-limited by #YouTube. Every time I attempt to open a video now it wants me to sign in to prove I’m not a bot. (Which is pretty fucking hilarious coming from an outfit that’s used its bots to Hoover up the entirety of the internet). I was messing around with synchronizing YT channels to my #Peertube instance and must have tripped something. Now I can’t open YT videos on their site, Peertube or #Invidious. Maybe it will reset at some point? 🤦‍♂️

  So, I’d just like to point out that every time something like this has happened in the past, the prices dropped for a few days, maybe a week or two, and then right back to where they were before (or higher) with the public losing out of vital revenue, while the oil companies’ profits soared.   More bullshit: The circumstances that enabled the models to hack other companies in some of these cases are similar: Irregular was testing the models in a closed testing environment with fake companies. The testing environment was not supposed to be internet enabled, but internet access was made available unintentionally, according to the Wall Street Journal.
