I made a chicken and leek pie tonight. Not one of my staples, but perhaps it should enter into the rotation. The kids absolutely demolished it. There's not enough left for a decent photo. #food #cookingWithBenny

I've been on brain meds since my wife died two years ago - the experience shattered my nervous system. I lost the last of my meds while travelling two days ago, and I'm awaiting a repeat prescription. Low dose SSRI. The withdrawal symptoms have been brutal. Rough week.

Every time I see the acronym SHM, I translate it to "suck my hole". I don't know why. Somehow it works in context.

My fellas. You absolutely can wear a tie with a button down shirt, and it looks great. As long as you wear it with a sports coat or blazer. Not a suit jacket. Personally, chinos > jeans with this combo. Also, a pullover gives strong schoolteacher vibes. https://youtube.com/shorts/fBG0Gijjc4A

I've consistently been watching three YouTube channels for how to dress well as an adult male, and it has Paid Off! #fashion #dressingWell #over40 1. https://youtube.com/@parkeryorksmith - does the combos so you don't have to. 2. https://youtube.com/@40overfashion - solid, strong ideas, can't go wrong. 3. https://youtube.com/@sergio_ines - classy AF.

I've been inspired by Switch-Angel from YouTube, and am messing about with Strudel* this evening. REPL for live coding music. It's totally alien, like someone got high and thought "what if music production was a DSL with an obscure regular expression-like syntax?" https://strudel.cc #musicProduction #strudel #liveCoding *And of course @strudel is on Fedi! 👋

I'm not saying that you should mail random shit, like letters full of glitter, to Reform. That would be environmentally irresponsible. But if you did, then doing so would cost them money if you used this address: Reform UK Freepost RTLT-ZXHY-KSDC 83 Victoria Street London SW1H OHW #reform #ukPol
