  We’re starting to get that the kid is not a reader. It makes my heart hurt but I try to remember he’s his own person and can have drastically different characteristics than me. That being said is I’d still like to encourage him to read and maybe some day like it. Any tips for how to get a 7 year old interested in reading?

  Sewing machine fixed. There’s a huge possibility the problem was just me being careless while threading the needle. Nevertheless, took it apart, cleaned the interior, then fiddled with it as I forgot how everything was placed in the beginning. Anyway once again I have a functional sewing machine, so it’s over for y’all. Beware

  So I heard, telling people about your good deeds motivates others to do good too. I don’t necessarily believe this theory, but I’ll share this once as an exception. Helped a clueless young man get heating pads for his girlfriend, cause I found him wandering around in the sanitary product aisle. Apparently this was his first time. I hope he scored some brownie points with his gal ☺️
