<p>I lead <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/cybersecurity" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>cybersecurity</span></a>, risk, and <a href="https://infosec.exchange/tags/privacy" class="mention hashtag" rel="tag">#<span>privacy</span></a> teams. I&#39;m interested in law and politics, though I&#39;d really like to be less interested in those things.
I love reading, making, traveling, and being Bluey&#39;s dad!

RE: https://journa.host/@theintercept/117322037387135294 This whole system of money in politics is rotten and is the primary source of our ills and why we are where we are today. Everyone knows this, but few politicians are willing to fight it because they (mostly, rightly) believe they must play the game in order to have a chance. This system has to be burned to the ground.

RE: https://beige.party/@Lana/117052471193077792 This is why, despite all of the heady, feel-good stories that we saw about Americans hosting fans of the World Cup, it doesn’t really change the truth about who many of these people are. They’ll invite you to break bread and then vote for your literal death. They are completely incapable of empathy more than one hop away from themselves. They want to be viewed as kind and welcoming but never want to be confronted with the actual consequences of t...

Bonnie Tyler passed. Total Eclipse of the Heart was a timeless jam but for me it reminds me of one of the weirdest moments in my life - in hindsight. In 7th grade I went to school with a girl who had cystic fibrosis. Her mom was a teacher and there was this sort of morbid acknowledgement throughout the class that she might eventually die from the disease. We liked the girl and she was a nice kid. For the end of our 7th grade year, her mom choreographed a dance that we were all required to pe...
