Sent my city council a message of support for a measure to amend the municipal code to clarify that 'do not park in bike lanes' means all 4 classes of bike lanes. The California state law only specifies the first class of bike lane. You can read the proposed changes here https://alameda.legistar.com/LegislationDetail.aspx?ID=8132799&GUID=2805491D-57F7-4CB8-B067-84178BFA4C60&FullText=1 #alamtg #biketooter

Ok, so I got new shoes (yay) to replace my worn out and falling apart shoes. They are the same brand and new model of the old pair. What stretching and shaping devices have you used with success on modern synthetic sneakers/trainers? Did you use any heat? #askfedi #shoes

Informative bike commute this morning. I met Joe and rode to work together, and learned a little about his trip to Berkeley on Tuesdays. I also met an Oakland judge who lives on a local houseboat in Alameda, and commutes by bike every day she can, to her job at the courthouse. With her dog. In a backback. They are the bike dog backpack person I keep seeing. And they are bike and transit advocates. Sometimes the world makes an awesome person. #biketooter

This seems too good to be true, 7 months art residency, including studio and instruction and labor in San Franciso at Pier 29. Hyper local, 7 adjacent counties can apply. https://artpluswater.org/residency-information/ Please boost and suggest tags for reach #sfba #sanfrancisco
