I am with you 💯 I also hear things like: comparing Ai to the introduction of the calculator and the computer, and how people who resisted learning to use it couldn’t compete with people who learned how to use it. That argument is flawed from the beginning because Ai is not an effective “tool”, and certainly not now. If we had responsible people working on it instead of “gathering data” which adds to the slop, it could start to be a “tool”. Not to mention ot...

(And yes I know that this general area has *historically* seen lots of flooding in the past, but I don’t think this has been normal in the last few decades, and of course, people can correct me if I’m wrong, it certainly has been getting worse since climate change)

    @chris_colvin Definitely trying to reduce it as much as possible. I will work on my email next. (I am so happy to not be using google search engine anymore, realized how stupid it is whenever I use another browser!) I’m using Vivaldi as my browser now, and their search thing called start page
