    Remember when TVs needed to &amp;quot;warm up&amp;quot; before they would tune right? Then there was that glorious period when the TV turned on and started showing the programming. Now it&amp;#39;s a good 2-3 minutes of waiting for it to boot, clicking through ads, maybe an update. Half the time I&amp;#39;m done with the snack I thought I&amp;#39;d eat while watching something and I just turn it back off

    I&amp;#39;ve been using #digiKam on Linux with my new Sony, and .. it&amp;#39;s not great. Lots of crashes, none of the export options (inat, google photos) work, it can&amp;#39;t import from my camera (but can treat it as a USB drive), etc. I see lots of contributors&amp;#39; names on this, so surely I&amp;#39;m doing something wrong. Is there a way to make this app work better? Other than installing WINE?

    @freedosproject@fosstodon.org taskwarrior has some decent docs already but they suffer from being written long ago and being heavily patched. It also has manpages in troff that could use a conversion to a more writable format.
