  Anyone played with Ubuntu Imagecraft? I see it supports cloudinit, so should be able to do ZFS root provided the required packages getting install as part of the pre/early phase. I'm guessing it uses the same installer as subiquity which parses the cloudinit which will have all the usual issues that the shitty python yaml parsing module they use will have, but I can get around most of those. https://ubuntu.com/docs/imagecraft/1/
