So here's what I got for #BandcampFriday There were actually 2 albums I got purely because of the album cover. Can you guess which ones?

Please excuse me while I will now purchase one album on #BandcampFriday purely based on the album cover.

I just remembered when my grandma read Bambi to my sister and me when we were little. She burst into tears so badly my sister and I had to comfort her. And we absolutely didn't understand why. Kids, huh?

Sometimes when Knut is humping his pillow he falls over headfirst. It's hilarious.

RE: https://metalhead.club/@derthomas/116414922224801121 Turns out my wife told everyone to vote for the wrong number... I guess now it is only fair if my original toot gets a boost? 🔄 Thank you very much! 🙏 Oh, and it is no. 34!

My son is participating in an art competition this year, so if you have a minute to spare you are welcome to vote for him. His contribution is #34 and I guess you can tell that he loves black. It looks a bit like a post atmospheric black metal album cover. 😂 https://www.kammermusikfest.at/public-voting-malwettbewerb-2026

My kid decided that it's finally time to get rid of toys he doesn't play with any longer. Does anyone need anything? On a side note: WTF how did this happen? When I was a kid, I was happy to have a stick and stone to play with after I had to walk home from school for 3 hours during constant snowstorms, threatened to be eaten by wolves.

Was mach ihr?

RE: https://metalhead.club/@derthomas/116329028543062235 Question (from my kid) to the guitarists in here: how do I get the most heavy metal sound out of this? I already figured out "treble" set to max helps a lot. Are there any secrets you can share? @MiseryPath @bestiaexmachina @jxrxme @TentinQuarantino @jake4480

Continuing reasearch for my albums of my life blog. I got 6 albums from 1990 that I consider important for me. Neither Slayer's "Seasons in the Abyss" nor Megadeth's "Rust in Peace" made my list. Even though they are masterpieces, they aren't that important for me personally. One album that especially 7 year old Thomas found very important features a comic of a Nasua (Nasenbär) sitting on a toilet wearing royal garment holding a toilet...

I don't know what happened, but the new Exodus just doesn't do anything with me. Somehow, I'm not really putting my heart into it.
