i know people use chatbots for search because search has been made deliberately bad, but i can't see how they use it. the AI Overview is a reliable source of wrongness, and remarkable claims that are absolutely not in the sources. does anyone have informed ideas on what they get out of this wrong answer machine? (this is not a call for evangelism on how to search, STFU. it's asking about thought processes in the people who do use it)
