Update on Jagger and Bowie: The puppies continue to grow exponentially. World dominance is all but assured, given their size at only 5 months age. I shall continue to feed the creatures, providing their carnal desires, as their training continues. Victory shall be ours. #dogsofmastodon

As much as I love Superman, Supergirl is better. She wasn't raised on a farm by two loving parents. She lost everything and everyone she knew. She's just as powerful, but doesn't get the fame or the glory. She's still good and kind, and wants to help others, despite.. or maybe even because of what she's seen and gone through. That's a real hero.

I just found out there's a new Masters of the Universe movie. It might be dorky, but I always kind of like He-Man. He rocks pink, and lives with a giant scaredy-cat in the castle when he's not out out swordfighting a skeleton in their loincloths. So, I got kind of excited to see the trailer, and... Sigh.. Let's just say I'm glad @skeletor isn't played by Jared Leto.

I grew up with that stupid D.A.R.E. program on school. You know, the one that showed kids how to do drugs. Let me tell you, I have never once been offered free drugs. LLMs and AI, though.. First one's free. Doesn't that feel good? Next answers are gonna cost, though. Go tell all your friends about it.

I got my first "Reply Guy" troll today, and I don't know what to say. I want to thank my mom. If it wasn't for her, I wouldn't be here today. And my lovely partner, Fawn, for supporting me. *sniff* This is such a milestone. I've truly made it. 🥲

There's a reason why they call me Darkwolf. One of the fellows I met here starred in the Twilight series. We won't fault him for that. You can book a tour here: https://www.endangeredwolfcenter.org/vip-tour/

RE: https://hear-me.social/@darkwolf/115821414168663837 I'd appreciate a boost for this. If you're into low budget, grindhouse, tough-girls-with-knives schlock films with nudity, martial arts, graphic violence, and a kickass soundtrack.. This one is "A lot better than I thought it would be." - Random Person at the premiere Any time someone watches, I get a few cents. Every little bit helps, and all you have to do is watch a movie on Tubi. Thank you much!

Can anyone recommend a site to upload and host stock video for Creative Commons? I know that I can get stock video on Pexels and Pixabay, etc. I'm sure there's a way to setup a content creator account on those kinds of sites, but they probably have very high standards for quality. I would like to share creative, interesting, artistic videos, and I can't seem to find a platform.

Are there any #owncast channels that stream independent #filmfestival shorts and #movies? Not like public domain films, but things you'd find at a film festival. I miss experimental films made by people (not major studios) so much. If there isn't one, would anyone have the knowledge and capability to run one? I bet I could garner a good amount of interest from other filmmakers. I'm sure they would love an audience.

There used to be journalists who grabbed 8mm cameras and cheap field mics and tape recorders, whatever they could afford to go out and capture stories. They called it independent journalism. That's what I want to see online - real people informing you of what's really going on. I don't want to be spammed by newsletters, or give ad revenue to data harvesters infiltrating my browser. I don't want to give money I don't have to faceless laptop workers regurgi...

Would you like your work viewed across the Fediverse and beyond? If you do #animation or #VisualArt submit to the Animation Array on #tibtv It's like Liquid Television on MTV, but a million times better, because it promotes the artists, not some mega corporation. Also, if animating is not your thing, I can help with making puppets, voicework, and more. PM me if you need the assist! More info on how to submit here: https://robertafidora.com/animation-array

You might not be seeing this stuff online, but every time I go for a drive in my rural area in the U.S., there are crowds of protestors. I'm talking about small town farming communities, and they're getting a whole lot of support from the traffic passing by. Nobody likes what's happening here. At this point, I don't even think the most die hard followers like any of this.
