    Ukraine is obviously the defender,and Russia can end the war any time it wants by returning the illegally occupied regions of Donetsk, Luhansk, Zaporizhzhia, Kherson and Crimea. But when Ukraine strikes against Crimean power plants and transformer stations, is it committing war crimes? Russia was accused of war crimes when it did it to Ukraine.     Who are these hyper-tuned-in people who perceive and report earth tremors? There was an earthquake in Guangxi last night (magnitude 5.2, 10 km deep) and apparently some people in HK reported it to the Observatory. What was felt here must have been weaker than the bass speaker in my crappy old TV, because I was awake and watching Eurovision and didn&#39;t notice a thing.
