    I once had an amazing green curry daiquiri at a restaurant in Cape Town. Since then I was searching for a recipe and thinking about a way to make one myself. Today I tried making a simple Sirup and adding a teaspoon of green curry paste. Sirup itself tasted promising. Mixed into a daiquiri though, the garlic is more prominent than it should. I guess I’ll have to make my own curry paste. I’ll also go with more lemongrass.

    @Crell@phpc.social We&#39;ve been pbserving this at our company as well. In reviews we all tend to demand a &quot;simpler&quot; solution, and in the end the &quot;over-engineered&quot; thing saves the day. I think this happend mostly because we think to know all the edge cases (except for the edgy ones...)
