    Tbh the thing that really strikes me watching old ABC episodes of Battlebots is how much... better the production value is compared with the Discovery-produced seasons. More interesting shots/dynamic camera movements, that sort of thing. It&#39;s hard to qualify exactly how most of the time but it&#39;s immediately apparent. There&#39;s one moment from the first episode where the loser is shown looking kinda glum post-fight and the shot is perfectly framed so that you can see the shattered wreck...
