  I am always surprised by the chinese wording on their claims on Taiwan. They say it’s their ”core of their core issues”. The art of war has two relevant lessons: Deception as the foundation of war, and making others fight your battles. In other words, Taiwan being a core issue is a convenient story, while others are already fighting wars for China. China will continue their posturing in Asia, while already actively fighting through their proxies Iran and Russia. Europe is at war with China.

  Narcissism can be such a blocker for learning. The first step of learning is often to accept your own ignorance, and then often having your ignorant ass handed to you time and time again.
