It's time to readjust my body progress. To maximise my feminine shape, I think weight cycling is going to help. Lose the fat in masculine places, then gain fat in feminine places. It'll take 40 weeks to go from my weight (around 100kg) to around 80kg according to NHS guidelines. I'll try to keep my strength exercises going to preserve muscle mass.
