<p>Came here from the other place. <br />Late diagnosed female autistic (at age 51 in 2017) and ADHD. Other health challenges still to be diagnosed. CFS. Trauma.</p><p>A bit messed up. Not well enough to work or even survive some days. Carer until 2023.</p><p>Most likely will be sharing updates focusing on my mental health among other random things.</p><p>Brainfog and fatigue are massive problems. I can only just about do this thing some days. I might be getting things wrong, so please be kind if so.</p>

17 September Is it dull and rainy with you? Not the most exciting weather here but hope you have a better day than me. I didn't get ready quickly enough for driving my husband to the station and now my day feels messed up. I've done a couple of tasks like laundry but I still can't quite get a grip on things. Probably the waiting brain thing and trying not to forget that I'll have to do the return station run this afternoon. It's good thinking about the day out we had yes...
