OK, so I’m rewatching #IMadeFriendsWithTheSecondPrettiestGirlInMyClass with a view to doing a proper review of the series. First comment: It seems to be a HIGHLY rewatchable show.

…whatever it was, keep it the HELL away from me. They gave Merlin WHAT?!!!! #FGO

  oh hey I wrote a thing. It’s not a very long thing, but it’s a thing. #TearmoonEmpire https://piratesobg.wordpress.com/2026/05/28/tearmoon-empire-volumes-1-2-by-nozomo-mochitsuki-2019-2021/

OK, hotel check in completed, car acquired, and first family visit done. :) #Perth Time to think about catching up with friends and maybe getting ready(ish) for #SwanCon. I can’t book in for the Friday night dinner alas, apparently ticket sales for that have closed. Which, fair.

It is time for a radical plan. It is time for a nap.

Diet? What diet? I don’t know what you’re talking about….

I went for a walk this morning (because I needed milk) so no #Monsterdon for me today.

40 AP storm pod quests feels wrong somehow. Mutter. #FGO

  #WitchHatAtelier … OOOF.

Yeah, this is terrible, but GLORIOUSLY so unlike the hot mess (Conmmunion? I think?) that I couldn''t even watch to mock. #Monsterdon

#AscendanceOfABookworm Nice to see Mynes, excuse me, Lady Rosemyne’s original family

#DaemonsOfTheShadowRealm looks to be fairly violent but has an interesting setup. Yuru has potential as a fish out out of water character given the setting.

  I might go see #HiddenFortress later…

It always amazes me that sweet, innocent, gentle Kokona-Chan in #EncouragementOfClimb is voiced by Nao Toyama who also voiced the Kongou sisters in #KanColle, including the EXUBURANTLY Admiral-sexual Kongou herself (#IYKYK)

#HiddenFortress in 10 minutes or so. Going silent now for a bit.

Ok yeah, I can DEFINITELY see the inspiration for R2-D2 & C-3PO in those two goobers… #HiddenFortress

I was quite amused earlier to see a “Law and MORDOR” t-shirt…

Welp, the #KumanoHotSprings challenge quests require the usual amount of patience but the #ImmortalTeam (Himiko/Merlin version) can handle both. Meanwhile the 90++ is an Assassin node, so Cu Caster with a MLB Event Damage CE basically walks all over it. :) #FGO

Oh cool, #AscendanceOfABookworm is back and looking good. Translation has switched from “Main to “Myne” to better line up with her adopted “noble” name of “Rosemyne”.

At 90s episodes (no, that’s NOT a typo) it may take me longer to toot about #rilakkuma than it does to watch it…

• View post

Well, I watched the first episode, and it’s certainly…different and interesting. But I was NOT comfortable with some of the content of #NeedyGirlOverdose, and certainly don’t want to be adding the content warnings needed to properly discuss it or why. Dropped.

Ahhh yes… Maomao grew up in a RED LIGHT DISTRICT largely doted on by the Courtesans she served as an apothecary. So OF COURSE she had useful, if deeply embarrassing, advice for Consort Lihua after nursing the woman back to health… #TheApothecaryDiaries

  Oh and here’s the #ZatsuTabi OP: https://youtu.be/9se7Hsnbo9I?si=nh9WTjnJaeUZ9_lP

CHORTLE. You get ONE guess as to what is the OPERATIVE phrase here… #ZatsuTabi

#ZatsuTabi is visiting Ise Shrine (which I haven’t been to) in this episode. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ise_Shrine

Just picked up volume 2 of #MakingMagic and sitting in a park in #Canberra reading for a bit ahead of the gym and #RamenTime

  Ok, reading time and #Ramentime.

CHORTLES at the River scene and what comes after. #IYKYK #TearmoonEmpire (I do love it when an otherwise tedious anime trope gets subverted with a knowing wink to the audience).

Ok, so let’s take a look at the latest #Drachinifel Wednesday video “What exactly is a Battlecruiser - Roles and Reputation”

#TamonsBSide WELP, that escalated quickly and roll the ED… CHORTLE.
