    @tzimmer_history At best, America is a kind of *exclusive* democracy, always &#39;purging&#39; its electoral roll, gerrymandering, making up rules to deny people their right to vote, as though voting is a privilege of those who are &quot;worthy&quot; in the eyes of authorities. No prizes for guessing who the majority of the &quot;unworthy&quot; are. America is not the democracy it claims to be.

    Please admire this Japanese Windflower growing in my garden in #Adelaide. Who would be silly enough to try and grow these here, you ask? Well, me. I persevered through four hot Adelaide summers and this year I&amp;#39;ve got flowers!! Because this year I put misting sprays on the garden on the hot afternoons, didn&amp;#39;t I?
