  On a personally hilarious note, one of the Sales Managers has been going on all month about how the company was going to create a leadership position for him to focus on AI (I’ve been calling it the “Director of Sloperations”). The announcement was today and it's just a “manager" title (I'm a Sr. Manager for reference) and he reports to a guy who reports to my boss, so diagonally down in the org chart from me. Like, ultimately, who gives a fuck. But I did get a laugh out of it.

  Some people say that space exploration is a waste of resources and that we should focus on issues here on Earth. Other people say that there is valuable science to be done and also, we should embrace the sense of wonder.
