#WordWeavers 8/8—Which character would survive a zombie apocalypse, and why? Mel. They're a vampire and could easily fend off a hoard of mindless flesh eaters. I reckon most zombies wouldn't be so eager to gnaw on something that smells of death when there's fresh meat to be had.

#PennedPossibilities 985 — How long have you been writing or when did you start? I think I tried writing my first novel around 15 or 16. Tossed that old draft when I moved states; it had a lot going on, but I salvaged and remixed some bits for later use. Most of the writing I did in my twenties was on roleplay forums (GaiaOnline, Proboards, Jcink...), before I dabbled more with short stories and tried my hand at serials (I got better later). I revisited the concept of novels on and off, but...

Unplugged is my latest serial, a portal fantasy set in the same universe as Early Adopter. Older cast of characters, stuck in what feels like an unending walking sim from their POV, but that’s the route they chose. The only other option was to sit in the starter city, which is essentially a virtual prison.
