  I do love Italian food. I also think this is going too far: https://www.bbc.com/travel/article/20260709-seven-things-you-shouldnt-do-when-eating-in-italy It is called dogmatism. It's OK if Italians dislike tourists. It's OK if Italians consider their food the best. I don't see what purpose serves to impose their rules onto others though.

  I keep being reminded that highlighting and saving highlights from a non-fiction book does not really work. When I highlight, I do it with the current context in mind. When I extract the highlights, their context is gone and those quotes rarely make sense independently. Who has a system they trust, works for them, and are willing to share it?

  What is the rule determining where you can find the previously used app on the iPhone when switching apps? I expect it to always be at the left but that is definitely not *always* the case.

  First experience with uv tool has been a disaster. I couldn't achieve anything I planned to (create an isolated environment for a project, pull in dependencies using pip, etc.). For every command I have spent a lot more time trying to figure out what command to run. It seems like I came to uv with my baggages and uv's take is rather different.
