    New hairstylist appointment today. Based on her pricing (&amp;lt;$10 US) and location, which is five minutes from my house, she probably does mostly Amish ladies and silent generation who get their weekly coifs. I showed her two pictures, same cut different decades, a asked her to have fun because it will grow back anyway. Not the exact cut, but the results are fantastic. Good enough that I&amp;#39;m sure I&amp;#39;ll still like it tomorrow. #TellMeTheBestPartOfYourDay

    Hit some good outdoor miles tonight. Had enough daylight for two lake loops. 9.25 miles all Killers because they&#39;re consistent for mid tempo or decent dance remixes that works well for pace.
