The PQ are Trump-lite with a Québecois accent; Thin-skinned and ready to silence dissent. https://montrealgazette.com/news/provincial-news/provincial-politics/pqs-harassing-complaints-against-psychiatrist-broke-international-law-amnesty-report-says/

The ApQ..(Excuse me, the Partie Québecois) and the AfQ(Alternatif Frechette Québec, formerly the CAQ) are very ‘European’, (Like the AfD) in so far as they blame the Province’s problems on immigration. And not their overweening emphasis on cultural topics versus to build homes, protect the environment, etc, and accept that living in pluralistic societies is both inevitable and desirable. https://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/montreal/immigration-impact-on-quebec-housing-crisis-and-schools-9.7340552

Machine learning has been around for several decades. The current versions are presented in a particular SAAS model. We are asked to use these dubious corrupt dice-factories like the Greeks used the Delphic oracle. But that is only one implementation of the tech. You could build a home model based only on your own work, and selected out-of-copyright sources(Shakespeare, US gov publications, etc). But that wouldn’t be as *convenient* as paying Musk/Grok, Etc $40+ bucks a month to spew slop. 1/n

“Once a model is available on your device, per the specification, any website you visit will be able to send prompts to that model without requesting permission to do so, then do whatever it wants with the responses. And again, Gemini Nano is on your device if you’re using Chrome” So you have an “AI buddy” with access to your files, ID, and credit card, and said “buddy” works for any website you browse, and Google? https://wil.to/posts/googles-prompt-api/
