No ABC, I don’t want to add a kids profile, not now, not “maybe later”. Why can’t I just say “no” here?

Listening to last night’s Tower of Song when Henry played a clip of J. J. Cale. This distracted me so I’m now listening to “Road to Escondido”. It’s been a minute. 🎶

If you're using @Posit's r-lib/actions/setup-r and {pak} (or even if not using {pak} you might switch for this), set `use-public-rspm: true` for your Ubuntu runners on GitHub actions. Took a ~20 minute job down to ~8 by installing binaries, e.g., https://github.com/AAGI-AUS/AAGIQuarto/blob/af32781a3b18eac9216b225b90f9afef524310c3/.github/workflows/publish.yml#L30. #RStats #GitHub #CI

Kudos to the @Codeberg team for this how-to mirror your repo, https://codeberg.org/Recommendations/Mirror_to_Codeberg. Moving some of my @rOpenSci repos over to Codeberg and mirroring back to GitHub and this made it easy. Thank you.

I've written up a how-to for using arf and {terminalgraphics} in R.nvim. Glad I did. I discovered a few gotchas that I'd forgotten and now have them recorded and cleaned up my nvim config files at the same time. So, now you can have the IDE console experience in R.nvim AND the graphics baked in, no X11 or {httpgd} windows to fuss with. The only catch is you have to use Kitty or Wezterm for your terminal emulator. https://adamhsparks.netlify.app/2026/03/10/further-enhancing-r-nv...
