@jwalsh2@masto.drydenhouse.org Even worse is how they open up the hole in the gutter by cutting an "x" and folding down the pointy metal triangles to make the opening. Downright conspiracy to injure!

Who in the sweet world of aluminum gutters decided that the best way to attach a fitting is to use pointy long screws that extend into the flow path and catch leaves and debris? #pedantic

@ai6yr@m.ai6yr.org I feel really bad for the majority of Americans who have ended up with a president that is not working to make life better for all US citizens.

Looking up Wildfires on Google Maps, and cross referencing wind directions on the Windy app, looks like Washington State smoke is coming north over into the border. Tariff that, morons. #Wildfires

A bit of an introduction to the new instance. Thanks for having me. Moved over from mastodon.radio. Great instance over there but I am finding myself posting and responding to more non-radio content, so to keep things cleaner over there I decided to move over here. Thanks to those who have followed me over to mstdn.ca. It was a really nice surprise and I am humbled by having you keep track of me over here. I hope to continue to great conversations that we have been having.

You would also look like this if you went through a wood chipper. (Seriously!) I had to dismantle the chipper to get it out.

For some reason my wife thinks that this laptop is embarassing. What's wrong with giant letters on the keys made with a paint pen? And my call sign? Lol, yes, so nerdy. #hamradio #Linux #AntiX

Questions: 1. If a $1 billion big beautiful ballroom is needed to protect the President, then what value can we place on the children shot in schools every year? 2. Does this mean that the President will like, always stay inside this ballroom?

I don't need this in Canada (yet) but hope this might be helpful for our neighbours in the USA. https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2026/3/20/2374166/-I-built-an-ICE-tracking-app-that-can-t-be-pulled-from-the-App-Store-Because-it-was-never-in-one #ICE #AntiFreeze #antifreezeapp
