Remembering the time I made a graphic sheet to help people size down their images for bluesky that would fit ratios for different patterns based on the current state of its image handling code and the amount of RAGE I got in my mentions and DMs was absurd from the entire site. Like damn fine…make your art easier to steal and build clout one upping me. Moments like that make me not want to help people, it I know quite a few who do want the help so I still try.

I am full of Mac n cheese so now you get cheesy Teal thoughts: I was taught that all living creatures emit some degree of light radiation. So when I meet my loved ones I always say good morning regardless of the time of day because I see them as rays of sunshine.

Hear have a couple of Swat Kats sketches too. I should really revisit this redesign project one day... #Art #Sketch #SwatKats

I guess I can continue being a scrunkly little goblin in TTRPGs nights on Discord. However that said 1) I hope you direct all that angry energy at your elected representatives 2) If you haven’t done so before, you should be getting contact info for close friends you want to stay in touch with that isn’t discord.

Came across this while preparing samples for interview tomorrow and touched it up a bit. It's been really hellish past few days so id this to kinda brighten the day and maybe brighten someone else's... #Art #SonicTheHedgehog #SticksTheBadger #MastoArt

Another interview lined up for next week, see how this one goes… I am so tired of this week, so even an ounce of good news would be wonderful.

I had a lot of fun building and repainting Puni Mofu Xiao. It gave me a chance to really try Gaahleri Kaleido Colorworks from start to finished and I was impressed. It was also fun to get back into photography and writing longer post on my own site too. #ModelKits #Gaahleri https://tealfuleyes.com/blog/gaahleri/

Considering designing stickers and other merch for sale. Any recommendation for print(and ship) on demand services that are good these days? I'm considering using Printful, but open to considering other options.

BUNS FOR THE BUN GOD! Had to make a few phone calls today and had a surprise interview. However I spent the remaining evening having some personal "me" time and baked a batch of tofu buns for myself and family. Always find cooking to be a nice way to relax a bit. #Food

I cut it really close with the weekly update for WGCC this week. Things have been kinda messy but are now pretty much settled. I finished the power-suit for my model kit and I used an additional support kit for the giant claw. Feels a bit Warhamer 40kish hehe Can follow progress check out other peoples entries too here: https://www.gwcc.online/2026/updates/3061 #ModelKits

I like option. Options are great... One of the cool things when talking to devs is what editors they like using. I like Sublime Text personally, but know some who enjoy VS Code and other who use neovim. Whats your favourite?

A friend informed me there was a thing called Hug a giant day which I thought was an adorable concept. Imps come in a variety of shapes and sizes and thought it'd be fun to make something for it too. #Sketches #Art #MastoArt #HugAGiantDay #Imps

Mama Feta, one of the few non-Imps to earn the elder title of "Mama". Their specialty is environmental cooking and making pizzas from ingredients they find in their foraging and hunting trips. #Sketch #Anthro #Art #MastoArt

I made my own "General Tso" chicken the other day. I feel like I should have used more honey, but I'd call it a success. #Food

Honey the cat is one of my favourite Sonic characters(my second cosplay many years ago too). So I've been fiddling with an idea I had for my own version of Honey remaining as a fashion designer, but I like the idea of them being non-binary and using fashion to help themself and others express themselves. #Art #Sketches #SonicTheHedgehog #FanArt

I feel very rusty and "off" doing anything creative right now. So I hope ya'll don't mind, but going to just do some personal work the next couple days after my appointment today. I need to both shake off the "rust" and give myself a sort of mentally reset.

Friendly neighborhood Imp advice.. As the heat continues to be relentless and PC care especially important, it is a good idea to dust out your PCs if you haven't been doing so already. Might do a fun little guide on it, but from my experience repairing PCs it is often the most neglected area of maintenance for home PC users.

If it doesn't exist already, I'm gonna try to make an all Viera guild called Watership Down...

It has been a long time since I've had curry and rice, so it was nice and relaxing to cook one of my favourite comfort meals tonight. I'd call today a success and hope for more nice days... #Food

Writing cover letters has been interesting. Im not down on myself or anything, but it oddly feels therapeutic because you have to write about yourself in a positive way(that of course is also to sell yourself). I've never liked talking about myself, bragging, etc...but it does have a weird way of making a person realize "hey I'm pretty awesome" and reflect on professional accomplishments.

Weather and power seem to be stable today, so I'm going to try getting back to work on commissions and art after I apply to a couple of more jobs today. Try to get as much done before the next string of thunderstorms roll in later this week, but it should be a nice and quiet day.

My favourite question for devs that get to name their project branches is what species they use. I often use different types of bats to name my projects and branches.

Okay...so yesterday I wrote 8 cover letters which was fun, but very draining and I need a break so today will just be an art focused day.

Ah yes, please yell at the pedestrian on the sidewalk for "getting in your way" as you speed through without so much as using a bell or any other way to notify them of your presence... That put a damper on my morning walk, really hate these people on e-bikes.

A friend had me watch a cartoon called Chainsmoker Cat with them. I can see it turning some folks away and it comes out the gate swinging hard. Its hard to gauge with 1 episode, but I think because I've known people and seen first hand how addicts struggle the series has some potential to do good.

RE: https://mastodon.art/@Tealfuleyes/116883787977737246 Yeah, never mind...today is focused on navigating the madness that is health care in the US since mine was terminated. I got to scribble during breakfast at least so that's something.
