Just had some random memories from 2011 and it feels like last year. I still have the feeling I can go back to that time whenever I want, just by moving back to where I lived then. Nostalgia is a really strong emotion in me.

Trying to get over morning nausea, stomach aches and anxiety and get out the door for a run. Am 2 hours into the process now. got my gear on and getting close.

If there’s a better way to start you morning than waking up at 6:00 with a stomach ache and raging anxiety, which can only be mitigated by going outside in the rainy cold for a run through your loud and messy city, while listening to a podcast commiserating the US election results and rise of fascism, please tell me.
