Here's a free tip for CEOs of companies: If you are addressing your employees regarding the merging of your company and another company, it is NEVER in good taste to joke about unemployment.

Hey everyone, @Gazimoff@gamepad.club and others. I’m not sure who knows, figured I’d just broad cast cause a lot of us knew him. Regrettably I must inform all that @belghast@gamepad.club passed away yesterday on July 2nd, due to I believe complications with chemotherapy. His last sentiment to most was of love and I have no doubt he loved everyone he knew.

While all music from Mario games are very iconic, I still think that Super Mario Galaxy has some of the best orchestrated music out of the entire series. #Music #SuperMarioGalaxy #VideoGameSoundtracks

A Gentle Rain Solo-play, score of 12. It's been a long week, that's for sure. S'been two years since Mom passed away. Feels like yesterday still. #AGentleRain #BoardGames

@stargrace@gamepad.club So, I'm basically starting fresh again in EVE; do you have any resources/suggestions for starting out? I think right now, my goals are mostly mining/exploration. Maybe hauling later. I don't have a whole lot of interest in active battling at the moment...

I've never really talked about it. But for the last year now, I have been going to a lot of doctors trying to figure out a lingering problem that honestly I've probably had for decades. A lot of nerve pain, a lot of general, non-localized pain, and often throughout the day, every day. So far, all results are negative, so a years worth of tests and what not and not much to show for it. While I'm glad that most BIG BAD things are not the cause, it makes me wonder what BIG BAD is going...

In Orchestra, we are playing Askitaka’s Theme from Princess Mononoke. Someone made the flippant comment that it was only about deforestation and capitalism. What do others think? #Music #PrincessMononke #MononokeHime

Arkham Horror. Night of the Zealot: The Gathering. Agnes Baker survives and burns her house down. Definitely getting the hang of this character and archetype, so I'll be starting the campaign (at least Night of the Zealot) with her for the next few games. Coincidentally, Chapter 2 of the Arkham Horror game came out not a week ago! So we might switch to that soon enough. #BoardGames #ArkhamHorror

A Gentle Rain Solo-play, score of 15. Pretty happy with how this game turned out. Life has been ok. I've largely removed myself from a lot of things, at least for the time being while I go through this depression rut. But, music is going well, work is going well. I'm trying to clean up my living space, sell some games I don't play anymore. Slowly, but coming along. #AGentleRain #BoardGames

A Gentle Rain Solo-play, score of 7. I wish the state of things weren't what they are. Many people on Masto are frustrated and angry, and rightfully so. Everyone has a right to be this way. But, I cannot be a part of these things anymore. I don't have the energy anymore to read how angry people are. Or how, X group did Y to Z group. My heart goes out to you all, I wish things were better. But I have to protect my self now, more than ever. #AGentleRain #BoardGames
