  Irish Potato Bread My one of my all time favourite breakfast companion foods. This time, making it myself and tasting way better than the store bought ones. 1/ After boiling potatoes, mash with butter, add salt, pepper and Rosemary seasoning (this part is very important or else, no flavour).
