  #3GoodThings Monday Morning Edition 1. Finished cataloging all my comic stuff. I might still go through and do some ancillary material (Big Little Books, prose novels, etc) but I've got my primary collection done finally 2. Won a game of Shattered Pixel Dungeon. it was REALLY difficult for me to win the first time I did so; it's not exactly easy for me now but I definitely have MUCH better odds 3. Wife made chicken vindaloo for dinner last night

  #3GoodThings 1. Got a really strong, third party report yesterday that makes my team look 500x better than the comparable team at the company that just bought us out. It's emotionally validating and *hopefully* helps in securing my team members' jobs 2. Lost power yesterday afternoon and it was essentially a non-event; yay, preparedness! 3. Minimal effort day at work today

Finally got around to start watching "The Daleks' Master Plan" for the first time 3. My one meeting for this morning just got canceled

  Missed a week of #3GoodThings, so a catch-up should be (theoretically) easy... 1. Designed and 3D printed a 'plug' to secure my outdoor security camera cord in place where it enters the house; I spent maybe a half hour on both the design and printing, and it worked perfectly right off the bat 2. Won a game of Shattered Pixel Dungeon with the updated side quest 3. Came up with a 'solution' about what to do with this extra mini-bookshelf that I recently had to upgrade

Coming up on my wife's and my annual review of our finances and making a concerted effort to take good notes last year has already paid off in saving the frustration of trying to find everything I needed; yay, past me! 3. Got notice that a figure that was 'sold out' is getting a larger run so I won't have to muck about with overpriced secondary market nonsense

It's taking a while and it's a bit tedious, but I am still pleased with how my comics cataloging is going; I'm going to be pretty jazzed to finally get things set up and part of my 'normal' operations

  #3GoodThings 1. External CD/DVD drive showed up a little earlier than I was expecting yesterday and it seems to work okay; I've already salvaged 500+ digital comics from old CD-ROMs 2. Came up with a decent/new/original topic for the weekly team meeting I've been running for 5 years now; always feels like a challenge to not repeat myself 3. Very hot and exceptionally muggy outside, but the a/c is working fine, so I'm still pretty comfortable

May have come up with another partial solution to my way-past-ran-out-of-room-in-my-comic-library issue 3. Last week, my wife and I plotted out a 'reset' in how we tackle the grocery budget and shopping; we acted on it for the first time over the weekend and it seemed to go reasonably successfully

Found a use/excuse to use up some crap 3D filament I have, so it's not going to waste and not using up any better quality material
