Your first clue on #WhatsForDinner? tonight is that I made this rice a few hours ago and it’s been in the fridge… #food

And so it begins… I don’t even grow zucchini anymore, I just tell all my coworkers and friends that I like them and inevitably still end up with more than I can use.

This full moon #beltane I want to know what you’re growing. Can be plants, can be an emotion, can be a movement. What are we putting our energy into for this year? #WitchyWays #IntentionSetting #witch

One of my favorite parts of spring - fresh ramps! I harvest sustainably (one leaf from each plant) so no tiny onion bulbs for me, but the leaves are great for butter, scrambled eggs, stir fries… #ramps #HarvestSustainably #foraging

One of my personal favorites - a trillium! These babies take two years of freeze-thaw cycles to sprout, and can take 7-10 years to flower for the first time! All that to say - don’t pick these when you see them! #trillium #WildFlowers

Rescheduled my friend date day with my college bestie, after escaping work early we headed out to lunch and then plant shopping! I got more seed starting mix for my tomatoes, a bay laurel tree sapling (and no, I don’t think they overwinter here so ask me in a few years how THAT’S going), some onion starts, sage seeds, and a new heirloom tomato seed. Not pictured: a hose splitter. #gardening #SeedStarting

I have seen my robin friends around for a few weeks, but was devastated that they didn’t seem to be nest building on our property. Since we moved in, we have had a nest in our deck eaves every year from some generation of this family. Today I went out to take out the compost and found this!!! Can’t wait for baby robins!! #birds #robins

Looking for experience with using beneficial nematodes outdoors - when is the best time to apply? What’s the lowest temperature that they can tolerate? How many (they seem to come in quantities of 5 million???) do I need? Links to non-AI articles welcome from folks who have used them before or from trusted sources. I promise I know how to google.
