I got this push notification on my Samsung phone. Looks suss to me. What do you think?

Nobody's perfect. Every leader has their shortcomings. One of Janeway's is after 7 years Harry was still an Ensign. I think maybe she always saw Harry as the young man who was fresh out of the Academy. It didn't help when his parents contacted the ship because he forgot his musical instrument. And I'm especially galled that she promoted Tom. Tom??!! He showed questionable maturity and impulsivity bordering on a lack of self control. #HarryDeservedBetter #StarTrek...

On #HBOMax, there's a documentary series called How The Universe Works. Well, they have seasons 5-11. First up, an episode on #Planet9. So of course I think of #StarWars... But it looks like it might be real. A HUGE planet 10 times the size of earth. 😲 https://astrobiology.nasa.gov/news/caltech-researchers-find-evidence-of-a-real-ninth-planet/

I started this doc on Netflix and the host says something so stupid that I think, what did he just say? They're climbing a mountain to where this telescope will be and he says when we get to the top of the mountain we'll be above the atmosphere because you need to be above the atmosphere to see. What the what--- ??!! Who did they get to host this #science documentary?

Loving #StrangerThings Tales of '85 #animated series! It's animated so not as scary as the live action but really entertaining and fun and you can't beat the music.

Yummy! Imagine is "ordering in" was like this or better yet he stops by to see if you'd like some. Mmmm...Thai food. #TheFifthElement

  Watching #GuillermoDelToro's #ScaryStoriesToTellInTheDark for the first time. I've never read the #book. I wonder if it's good? #cinema #film #horror

The very beginning of #TheFifthElement when they're showing the planet from space, there's a scraping sound. It really reminds me of the beginning of #StarTrek The Voyage Home when the space obelisk is sending out the signal looking for the whales. Anybody else notice the striking similarity? TBC, this is before we see the spaceship.

I spent a good deal of the day sobbing yesterday. I'm involved in a lawsuit and I had to fill out a really detailed questionnaire which meant I had to look up all these small details and I ended up spending like 6 hours knee deep in horrible memories. I kept getting frustrated and sobbing and my neck hurt and my head was pounding. It was a really bad day. I'm trying to recuperate today. I need happy #funny #movies. Ponchos are cool! (I'm sure the 12th #DoctorWho would agree. After all, he was partial to a fez.) #StarWars #MayThe4thBeWithYou

Rewatching #StarWars A New Hope. Why did C3PO lie about not knowing Leia? He said earlier in the ship that she was in trouble and not likely to get out of it now. Or something to that effect.

Imagine being one of the kids who played a Jawa in a New Hope. I hope the local kids got to see themselves on screen and we're the cool kids in school for it. #StarWars #MayThe4thBeWithYou

#MaureenMcGovern (as Helen) tells Guy (played by #NicholasDenton) what Talamasca keeps their eyes on: #Vampires, #Witches, Ghosts, Demons. Guy asks about zombies, she scoffs. "No, of course not, zombies aren't real. You watch too much telly." #TalamascaTheSecretOrder

Watching #AnneRice's #TalamascaTheSecretOrder. I like it. It's a real shame it was cancelled after only one 6 episode season. It's cool how it's all her universes, the vampires and the witches and this secret order.

Georgie asks Rube "Why do I keep losing all the people and things I care about?" Rube responds, "That's what life is, Peanut." Do you think that's true? As we age we lose more and more people we love to death or moving away, we lose jobs or we retire, our bodies don't do what they used to do, all thesw changes happen. Is that so that we learn not to hang on too strongly to people, things or even places...dimensions, even? 🤔 #FeelingPhilosophical #metaphysical #D...
