  Now I may not be a 300 IQ social engineering guru, or a marketing wizard. But I'm pretty sure in this dire times, using LLMs for code doesn't benefit you as an open source project. Like you can chit chat me all you want about your "increase in productivity" but I don't think that's worth becoming more dependent in large corrupt companies and get backslash by the same community that you should benefit from.

  I love the argument of "any mistake an LLM can make can be done by a human". 1. That is relative. 2. Unlike LLMs people can get held accountable for commiting those mistakes. 3. That's still not a great argument to justify it as a "tool", a tool should not make mistakes, it should do what you expect it to do, and we both know LLM output is not 100% deterministic.
