  Also, I recently learnt that it forces the other channel to provide their personal details directly to the person that raises the claim (the person who raises the claim doesn't need to provide their details). I watched a video the other week where some streamer started harassing another streamer, filed a copyright claim to get their personal details, and used that to find out where they go to University etc.
