@catzilla Start with CAS. If they can’t look into it, they might be able to recommend an alternative. However, given what you have described, I think the police are going to have to get involved here. Your description reads like grooming at best, and it is probably worse. Query whether they are using kids to support their substance habit and is it just them or is there a gang/mob behind it?
