Hey everyone I don't usually do #FollowFriday but a big shout out to @adhdeanasl You should follow him because he's funny, kind, and smart. And also because I've been here at least an hour and he's the first person to respond to me. Thanks for seeing me Dean!

Flickr is restricting downloading your photos in "original or large sizes" starting May 15th if you have a FREE account there. Just in case you want to move your photos to a service that will let you have them back as you uploaded them. #Photo #Photography

Alt text for the image I boosted. The Lake ( Ontario) in Jefferson county New York blanketed in fog. You can see a long wooden dock on calm water and a peninsula with a domestic structure with trees. The image is very eerie and was taken by a weather cam.

I've lost 15 pounds, and have been keeping track since Feb. 2nd. Wish it was more, but at my age, it is very slow going.

My new slippers had a tag to remind people to take the paper stuffing out of the toe. Some dumb people in the past prompted this?

I'm keeping my mind occupied on sorting various bins of our son's childhood stuff. Yes, I've been putting it off quite awhile. He's 32.

Well, I deleted my Bluesky account several months ago. But now someone was saying there's been scraping on Mastodon and someone could create a bot and impersonate me there if I don't lock the namespace. So I went back and got my name again. Gross. My content is not all that, but I don't want ppl to think it's me over there and it's not.

Posting this song in memory of Dad today. This was his favorite. It's an optimistic lil' tune. I recall he told a Navy story of seeing Benny Goodman and or Artie Shaw while on leave during during WWII. #BigBand #Music https://youtu.be/lNekniIgjCk?si=6RnRiBH13KrxqFxa "Life can be so sweet. On the sunny side of the street." ❤️ Not sad. Just remembering him and feeling lucky. Hubs is taking me for a fish dinner (also Dad's fave).
