  Oh I just watched a video on this the other day, apparently scammers (like the types who do romance scams, pretending to be a gorgeous guy, then taking all your money) are getting around this security function. They upload all stolen pics of a gorgeous guy (probably exists for women versions too) then there's one picture of them, because they have to have one pic of themselves to get the verification tick.
