  There's been a push in IT (and I assume other industries as well) towards inclusive-language. Part of that is moving away from phrasing that has non-technical historical connotations...like using "leader/follower" or "primary/secondary" instead of "master/slave". But another part is also getting away from catagorizing things as good/bad on a white/black spectrum. We no longer blacklist things, we denylist or blocklist them. Likewise we no longer whitelist thin...

  There was this shady used car dealer near me, not long ago…had an A-Frame sign out in front. It read “Your Approved!” I always thought that was funny, and I feel like they may have been called out on it, because after a couple of months they replaced it with a new sign, which read “Everyones Approved!” Mind you, these were printed signs. They paid money for this.

  And then... The password manager can't fill the form. You've got to change your 10-word, unique passphrase because it's 3 months old. And you have to verify with a text. Oh and then you have to type it in on your TV with a remote and on-screen keyboard.

  I consider myself pretty smart. My old roommate had this friend that would come over tho. And him...he's probably very lucky his first and last name are only four letters each, or he may still have trouble writing it to this day. I could feel the IQ drop when he walked in the room.

  Other people's wifi can affect yours, and vice versa, if they are occupying the same channel(s). Most likely something on that channel is spamming multicast. That kills most consumer wifi routers (in default settings). Usually something like a sonos or Google home broadcast group. Could also be a camera that's constantly transmitting, also occupying the channel for a long time. But really, it could be anything. Use an app like PingTools (Android) that can graph what is on each wifi...
